Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by submitting a formal request through official communication channels. The request must clearly identify the service to be cancelled and the intended effective date. Any notice period specified in the applicable service agreement must be honored. If the required notice period is not followed, services may continue until the notice period is completed and applicable charges may still apply during that duration.

Subscription-Based Services

For subscription-based services, cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Services will remain accessible until the completion of the billing period. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, unused portions of a subscription period are not eligible for partial refunds.

Project-Based Services

In the case of project-based or milestone-driven services, cancellation requests will be assessed based on the progress of the project at the time of the request. Charges for work already completed and resources allocated will remain payable. Any advance payments that have been utilized for executed work are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Infynity Solutions

Infynity Solutions reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in situations involving non-payment, breach of agreement, misuse of services, or legal and regulatory obligations. Where reasonably possible, prior notice will be provided before such action is taken.

Refund Considerations

Refunds, where applicable, will be determined based on the nature of the service, the stage of delivery, and the terms outlined in the relevant agreement. Administrative, onboarding, and setup fees are typically non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Data After Cancellation

Following cancellation, access to services may be restricted or terminated. Clients are responsible for retrieving their data before the service end date. Infynity Solutions may retain necessary data only for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes.

Changes to This Policy

Infynity Solutions may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Continued use of services after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
